Holly Chriss, Director of Sales for the Rob Golfi Team, is an incredibly talented sales leader with over 15 years of experience and a proven track record of success. When Ms. Chriss joined Rob Golfi, the team had stopped growing, suffered from a high turnover, and lacked accountability. Since then, Ms. Chriss has grown the team from 23 to 65 agents, increased sales volume from $425 million to $850 million per year, improved team culture, and expanded team leadership to include a sales manager and a full-time team trainer to help new agents start their careers more successfully.
In her spare time, Ms. Chriss enjoys spending quality time with her family and has dedicated herself to a healthy new lifestyle in which she has surpassed her personal goal of losing 50 pounds in six months.
