Scott is the VP of Sales and Strategic Operations at the Gary Ashton team of RE/MAX Advantage. He moved to Nashville in the summer of 2011 from the beautiful Pacific Northwest and started working as an agent for Gary’s team in 2016 where he was recognized as the rookie of the year. This led Scott to being hired on as part of their top tier leadership team.
Scott helped power leaders Gary Ashton and Debra Beagle grow the brokerage from $226 Million in sales in 2016 to over $1.2 billion in 2021. He started and continues to manage a team of 10 insides sales agents, multiple sales management, and training staff.
Scott is a driver of innovation, which includes building and maintaining a very high-level tech stack to help improve the sales conversion rate as well as staff efficiency. This includes maintaining a deep relationship with Zillow Flex.
Scott took on the role of building out the Zillow Offers business in Nashville with Gary and Debra in 2019 which included hiring and training 8 high producing staff members and building major custom automation and integrations which help them run a lean, incredibly efficient business.
Scott has been married to his wife Kristina since 2016, who together are raising two beautiful children Rory and Camden.
