We will not MAKE you productive… that choice is yours.
If you are someone who believes you need to “hire the expert coach” to “solve all your problems and get rich,” don’t worry; you are not alone. We have all been there early in our careers. There’s one big problem: most of what is coached is theory or antiquated and doesn’t work… It can all sound really good, but is it proven? We have actually delivered HUGE results in the area we coach and continue to (more on that later).
Hiring a coach is not the path to making easy money.The work with your coach will require lots of hard work, frustration, and perseverance to get where you are going.
…And it takes continued work.
So if you’re not prepared to commit to more effort than you’re expecting, we are not a fit.
If you don’t want to consistently recruit and focus on retaining your agents daily, you’re not going to be a fit for us.
No, our coaching isn’t focused 100% on recruiting. Remember, we are all high-level operators responsible for all the pieces to operate and grow a business. But, if you are not willing to do the work to consistently hire productive agents, then we are not a fit. And here’s why I’m telling you this.
…As a matter of fact, lack of consistent recruiting is probably your #1 Growth KILLER. Training and coaching agents alone will not drive productivity. You MUST recruit.
You’re still reading, so you have probably realized what does NOT work! You’ve most likely been down the coaching rabbit hole and seen the promises of how to grow your business and the hype of the “latest systems” for “scaling your business.”
Does some of it work, and is it important? Of course, that’s why we coach it, but only in the short term. But if you rely on systems and processes without recruiting, you don’t have a business. You have an income stream that’s supported by a system that will keep you stuck without recruiting. And that is a waste of time. If you want to waste time, go watch TV.

It’s important you understand that each one of our coaches has proven duplicatable systems. We can give you a number of strategies that will get results—we just won’t. We’ve used them repeatedly to get results with our clients, but it makes no sense for us to share them all with you. HOW COME?
Because when we hear someone say, “I Want The Shortcut”, what we are really hearing is, “I’m not fully committed to the long-term success of my own business …and am therefore not fully committed to the long term success of my agents and customers.” And that really means “I don’t want to work.”
Growing a business requires GRIT. Yes, when it’s all operating like a well-oiled machine, it can be just like you imagined: Massive sales each month and money while you enjoy doing the things you love.
But that takes GRIT & COURAGE to create, and it takes COMMITMENT & CONSISTENCY to maintain.
