Claire Gogan is the founder and team leader of The Gogan Team at eXp Realty in Naples, Florida. With more than a decade of experience in the Naples market, she has built one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in Southwest Florida. The Gogan Team has grown to more than 45 agents and experienced 57% year-over-year growth. The team is known for innovative marketing, strong systems, accountability, and a high level of service for both clients and agents.
Claire is passionate about helping agents and team leaders build businesses that create freedom, impact, and long-term success. While many coaches focus solely on sales production, Claire specializes in helping leaders build a strong foundation through culture, accountability, systems, and strategic growth. Her expertise includes creating scalable processes, building high-performing teams, hiring the right people at the right time, developing leadership within an organization, and helping business owners strategically transition out of production.
Having built her team from the ground up, Claire understands that sustainable success is created through the right people, clear expectations, and consistent execution. She regularly coaches agents and team leaders on lead generation, marketing, leadership, team building, and creating businesses that can thrive without relying on a single person.
As a wife and mother of three boys, Claire also understands firsthand the challenge of balancing a growing business with a meaningful personal life. She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs, especially women and mothers, build businesses that support the life they want rather than consume it. Her coaching emphasizes time management, delegation, leverage, and intentional business design so that success does not come at the expense of family, relationships, or personal fulfillment. Claire and her husband Andrew are raising their three boys in Naples. In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, spending time on the water with her family, and staying active in the community.
