Tony Hanson
With over 25 years of experience in real estate, land development, and home building, Tony Hanson has dedicated his career to building people, businesses, and communities. From entitling raw land to developing and selling custom luxury homes in the $2–7 million range, Tony has been involved in every facet of the industry.
Throughout his career, Tony has been instrumental in numerous mergers and acquisitions across both the homebuilding and real estate brokerage sectors. He has also successfully opened new territories and expansion markets, driving growth and expansion in competitive markets. As a co-founder of a rapidly growing real estate brokerage, Tony has helped scale the business from 30 agents and $3 million in GCI to nearly 400 agents, generating close to $25 million in gross commission income and approaching $1 billion in annual sales volume. Through it all, his mission has remained consistent: to come alongside others, helping them succeed so everyone can grow together.
Tony believes that success is rooted in service, mindset, and momentum. He’s passionate about empowering agents and entrepreneurs with systems, coaching, and leadership that drive both results and fulfillment.
Outside of work, Tony is a committed Christian, husband of 21 years, and proud father of four. He supports global impact through Global Construction Ministries, a nonprofit led by his father that builds churches, hospitals, and schools around the world. He’s also actively involved in Grand Living Homes and Valore Homes, companies focused on delivering excellence in homebuilding.
