Before launching her brokerage, Brittney was a powerhouse solo agent, selling over 100 homes a year. She later built a high-performing team and has consistently achieved year-over-year growth in one of the most competitive markets in the South. Under Brittney’s leadership, PINO & Associates has attracted and retained top-producing agents while preserving a hands-on, boutique-style culture that prioritizes individual growth and support. Her leadership, strategic thinking, and high standards earned her the Baton Rouge Real Producers Broker of the Year award in both 2023 and 2024. Brittney is also a seasoned investor, owning over $2 million in residential and commercial real estate by age 40. She co-authored the nationally sold White Glove Listing Course with Nick McLean and has been a respected member of the Cheplak Elite Inner Circle since 2018.
