Grant Johnson is the founder of the Grant Johnson Group, the largest REAL Broker team in Minnesota. Based in the Twin Cities, Grant has led the team through explosive growth—expanding from just 20 agents to over 90. What started as a small, motivated group has transformed into a top-performing force in Minnesota real estate.
Under Grant’s leadership, the team has rapidly scaled its impact: closing 160 homes in 2022, 278 in 2023, 539 in 2024, and currently on track to close 750 homes in 2025. This level of growth reflects a culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and consistent execution.
In addition to their residential success, Grant launched a thriving commercial division, partnering with some of Minnesota’s top-producing brokers to expand the group’s reach and influence in the market.
Beyond real estate, Grant keeps his priorities grounded—spending Sundays with his mom, grilling for his wife and daughter, and walking his dog, Coconut.
