As the owner and CEO of Laurie Finkelstein Reader Real Estate in sunny South Florida, Laurie has been making a positive impact on the real estate industry for over 24 years. In less than two years her team has scaled from 25 real estate agents to over 60 successful real estate agents and growing. The team is ranked in the top 1% of realtors nationwide. In 2021 the team served 2,290 families and accomplished $901,782,358 in closed transactions.
Laurie has been mentored by both Gary Keller and Jon Cheplak, which has helped her develop her own passion for coaching and mentoring real estate agents. Laurie has aligned herself and learned from the best. She works daily to improve herself as a leader and help change as many lives as possible. Laurie is a dedicated coach and is thrilled to help others reach their goals.
