Vija Williams is a real estate industry insider and thought leader. The Head of Industry for PLACE, an all-in-one real estate platform that provides technology and business services to the top 1% of real estate agents across the US. In this role, Vija coaches, consults and recruits hundreds of team owners throughout the United States.
Formerly president of Ben Kinney Brokerages, under her leadership the eight Keller Williams offices had explosive growth: climbing from 1,250 agents to over 1,750, amounting to a 140% increase in agent count and 251% growth in sales volume in 3 years.
Vija also owns and runs Vija Real Estate. This team of residential real estate specialists focuses on the move-up and luxury segments in the Seattle, Washington market.
She is the co-founder of “She Inc.”, a women’s group focusing on personal growth, business growth and wealth buildng. She is a co-founder and former board member of “Her Best Life,” one of the most successful women’s real estate groups before launching She Inc. in 2023. She is a former co-host of the Empire Building podcast with over 600,000 downloads in two years, and recipient of the prestigious Inman News “2021 Podcast of the Year.”
Vija coaches and consults real estate teams and brokerages around the nation. She has hosted webinars to train real estate teams, brokerage owner/brokers and agents since 2020, reaching over 250,000 views. She is considered a real estate insider and thought leader. She has taught and presented on most major real estate main stages in the US: Inman Connect, Keller Williams Mega Camp and Family Reunion, Zillow, BuiltHow, and local, regional and national events.
